Jobloo publishes four anonymized aggregate datasets from 500,000+ job applications covering callback rates by ATS platform, day of week, keyword match score, and file format. All datasets are free to download and use under CC BY 4.0. Cite as: Jobloo Internal Dataset, Q2 2026.
Methodology
All datasets are derived from anonymized Jobloo platform submission logs for Q1–Q2 2026 (January 1 — June 15, 2026). Data covers applications submitted across 10 ATS platforms on behalf of active Jobloo users. No personal identifiers, names, emails, or individual application records are included.
- Callback definition: Recruiter-initiated contact (email, phone, or ATS status change to “Under Review” or “Interview”) within 21 days of submission.
- Exclusions: Jobs closed within 7 days of posting; job descriptions under 100 words; duplicate submissions to the same role by the same user (counted once).
- License: CC BY 4.0 — free to use with attribution.

Dataset 1 — Callback Rates by ATS Platform
Covers 466,810 applications across 10 ATS platforms. Key finding: BambooHR generates the highest callback rate (9.3%) and Taleo the lowest (2.9%). Full article: I Processed 500,000 Job Applications With AI.

Monday applications achieve 11.2% callback rate. Sunday applications achieve 1.9%. The 5.9x gap is the single largest timing variable in the dataset.

Standard text-layer PDF (exported from Word or Google Docs) achieves 8.9% callback with 99.2% parse success. Canva-exported PDFs achieve 3.1% callback with 71.4% parse success. Scanned image PDFs achieve 0.9%.
